Paper Licence Holders - Obtaining a DQC

Since the 18 October, following the introduction of new regulation, holders of a UK paper driving licence are obliged to exchange it for a photocard licence to receive a Driver Qualification Card (DQC) following completition of 35 hours periodic training.

Paper licences will still be admissible for the attendence of periodic training.
